French Fashion Show 2017

Aujourd’hui, l’année 6 a tenu son défilé de mode français annuel. Le thème de cette année était les drapeaux africains et les enfants vêtus des couleurs du drapeau d’un pays africain. Beaucoup de pays étaient représentés, mais le plus populaire était l’Ouganda car c’est notre thème d’étude ce terme. En outre, les enfants sont très conscients que notre école jumelée, l’école primaire de Kafuro, est en Ouganda.

Avec beaucoup de style, les enfants ont marché sur le podium, ont montré leurs vêtements et parlé de ce qu’ils portaient en français! Ils ont aussi chanté des chansons françaises!

Année 6 remercie tous les parents qui sont venus et regardé plus M. Haycock, qui a fait la mise en scène look si atmosphérique.

Today, Year 6 held their annual French Fashion Show. This year’s theme was African flags and the children dressed in the colours of the flag of an African country. Many countries were represented, but the most popular was Uganda as it is our study focus this term. Also, the children are very aware that our twinned school, Kafuro Primary School, is in Uganda.

With great style, the children walked down the catwalk, showed off their clothes and talked about what they were wearing in French! They also sang some French songs!

Year 6 would like to thank all the parents who came and watched plus Mr Haycock, who made the staging look so atmospheric.

French Fashion Show

Le vendredi, la classe AS et classe KR ont tenu leur mode français Afficher annuel. Le thème de cette année était les Jeux Olympiques. Les enfants vêtus de vêtements représentant une gamme de sports olympiques. Merci à tous les parents et les gouverneurs qui ont assisté à l’événement. Nous espérons que vous avez apprécié le «gâteau» et «vin»!

On Friday, Class AS and Class KR held their annual French Fashion Show. This year’s theme was the Olympics. The children dressed in clothes representing a range of Olympic sports. Thank you to all of the parents and governors who attended the event. We hope that you enjoyed the ‘cake’ and ‘wine’!

 

French Fashion Show theme revealed

The French Fashion show is fast approaching and Class AS will be holding their show along with Class KR on the morning of Friday 11th March. This year’s theme will be Olympic Games, and the children have already begun planning what they are going to wear. Parents, please be advised that we can be extremely flexible; there is no need to rush out and buy anything new. Most of the children have opted to come as competitors in various Olympic sports, but others have decided to come as commentators or coaches.

Française Défilé de mode de cette année a été basé sur le thème de l’emploi et les enfants sont venus dans des rôles aussi divers que des comptables, des hommes d’affaires , les jockeys, les médecins, les joueurs de rugby , les modèles et stars du rock pour ne en nommer que quelques-uns . Les enfants ont appris et livrés leurs lignes magnifiquement et apprécié clairement montrer sur le podium .

Un grand merci aux nombreux parents qui sont venus pour soutenir leurs enfants . Il est très apprécié !

This year’s French Fashion Show was based on the theme of jobs and the children came in roles as diverse as accountants, businessmen, jockeys, doctors, rugby players, models and rock stars to name but a few. The children learned and delivered their lines magnificently and clearly enjoyed showing off on the catwalk.

Many thanks to the many parents who came along to support their children. It is much appreciated!

En collaboration avec la classe KR, le jeudi classe AS tenu leur mode française Show avec thème de cette année étant l’Europe. Les enfants venaient habillés comme les gens d’un certain nombre de différents pays ou portaient des kits sportifs de certaines des équipes du continent. Tous les enfants ont dit au public ce qu’ils portaient et marchaient le podium avec aplomb tandis que les spectateurs ont apprécié les rafraîchissements de biscuits, de gâteaux et de jus.

Bravo à tous les enfants et nous tenons à remercier tous les parents qui ont participé pour leur soutien.

In conjunction with Class KR, on Thursday Class AS held their French Fashion Show with this year’s theme being Europe. Children came dressed as people from a number of different countries or wore sporting kits from some of the continent’s teams. All the children told the audience what they were wearing and walked the catwalk with aplomb while the spectators enjoyed the refreshments of biscuits, cake and juice.

Well done to all the children and we would like to thank all the parents who attended for their support.

French Fashion Show

Afficher cette année la mode française a pris un thème Deuxième Guerre mondiale. Les enfants portaient des vêtements des années 1940 sur le podium et ont défilé au son de l’orchestre de Glenn Miller. Ainsi que chanter deux chansons françaises, les enfants ont décrit ce qu’ils portaient à un public enthousiaste. Un grand merci aux parents qui ont mis tant d’efforts pour aider les enfants à trouver des costumes et soutient les enfants sur la journée. Les photos sont ci-dessous.

This year’s French Fashion Show took on a World War Two theme. The children wore 1940s clothing up on the catwalk and paraded to the strains of the Glenn Miller Orchestra. As well as singing two French songs, the children described what they were wearing to an excited audience. Many thanks to the parents who put so much effort in helping the children find costumes and supported the children on the day. Photos are below.

Aujourd’hui, c’était le défilé de mode française pour l’AS & CH. Les enfants se pavanait leur truc sur le podium et a dit à un auditoire captivé ce qu’ils portaient. Ils ont joué deux morceaux à l’auditoire de la famille et les amis, qui ont également été traités à Nick & Ollie de Sports CM exhibant leurs uniformes magnifiques. Vraiment, les enfants étaient chic et super!

Today was the French Fashion show for AS & CH. The children strutted their stuff on the catwalk and told an enthralled audience what they were wearing. They performed two songs to the audience of family and friends, who were also treated to Nick & Ollie from CM Sports showing off their wonderful uniforms. Truly, the children were super chic!
